Troubleshooting Printer Problems If your printer isn't doing what you'd like--and we're assuming you want printer-like things out of it--and Windows isn't helping you much, you could try the Enhanced troubleshooting. 1. Put the Win95/98 installation CD in. 2. In the CD startup window, click on Browse CD. 3. Find the OTHER\MISC\EPTS folder and double-click on it. 4. Click on the EPTS shortcut and answer the questions about your trouble. Relevant tips should appear.
