Page setup in Print Preview in Excel

Print Preview lets you see into the future: how your worksheet will look like printed on paper. And it helps you avoid the future if things aren't going to turn out as you'd like. You can use the Page Setup options to change the future.  Below is a tip which will guide you through this process:

• Open File + Print Preview.
• If you don't like what you see in the Preview, click on the Setup button, then make changes to the print options.
• Click on OK and you'll be right back to Preview.
