Landscape Printing in Excel

The simplest way to print more columns on a single page is to print sideways. To setup your page in landscape follow the tip below:

• Open File + Page Setup.
• In the Page Setup dialog box, click on the Page tab.
• In the Orientation area, click on the Landscape button.
• Click on Print Preview.

Now the page will have changed to landscape and you will notice that more columns will be able to fit along the page.  Useful for wide spreadsheets.
