Disabling User Profiles
To disable user profiles, restart your system and when you see the logon
dialog box, click Cancel. Open the Control Panel, double-click Passwords,
and select the User Profiles tab. Select All Users Of This PC Use The Same
Preferences And Desktop, and click OK. Restart Windows 95, and user
profiles are officially disabled.
